megan + jai planned a perfect wedding...from the details to the venues. when i walked into megan's parents home and instant smile appeared on my face. i felt the love, warmth, joy and excitement throughout the house. the hustle and bustle of getting everything together, the giggles and chatter of the bridesmaids having a blast and the nervousness of megan's dad just anxiously awaiting to get a glimpse of his baby girl all dolled up. i think my favorite moment was the first look with megan and her dad. his jaw dropped, his eyes widened and his face said it all. he was stunned by her beauty! it was such a sweet moment.

the rain didn't hold anyone back from participating in their nuptials...the small and intimate church was packed to the max with all of the people they love. i love church weddings for many reason but my favorite is listening to the homily given to the couple about to embark in marriage. there are always words of advice, wisdom and faith from the priests/pastors and i often find myself taking their words to heart for my own marriage.
