love is a crazy thing and comes at times when you least expect it. i would say this very thing happened to my latest wedding couple, dustii and ted. they are both so free spirited and relaxed that it makes their relationship a no brainer. i have known dustii for about three years through the junior league of lafayette and the girl has her stuff together. she inspires me to be an independent dependent woman. what does this mean? it means she has the perfect recipe to being a southern woman and knows just the right parts of independence and dependance to put into it. ted is a one of a kind man and i can see the love in her eyes every time she looks at him. their session was so laid back it was quite refreshing! ted is just like my husband in respect of smiling. every time i asked him to smile he would quietly chuckle under his breath to make sure he didn't fake smile hahaha. loved it!

they will be getting married in january of 2014 at the omni hotel in houston. it is surely going to be one heck of a party and i can't wait to take part in such a special time. enjoy their engagement photos!
