oh luke...you are such a perfect definition of a southern boy! this little dude loves his trucks and nature. picking up sticks...banging on buckets as if they are the coolest set of drums and turning a simple lollipop into the most adorable photo prop are just some of the elements that made his session remarkable.

his mom and dad are super sweet and were so patient with him and i. two year olds are one of the most challenging sessions for me as a photographer. i try to capture their sweet personalities while making sure we get a few of those "eyes on my smiling" shots too. you see, two year olds have just figured out they are their own individual and can't get enough of their independence. so you can see how me directing them would be hard right? they always look at me like "you want me to do what? well i just want to play in the grass!" and actually their imagination makes the most iconic photographs.
