bridals are always such a fun day for the bride to be. i particularly love this session because it gives me a chance to get to know my bride on a much higher level than phone and email conversations. darian and her mom were so fun! despite being cold she turned it out in more ways than one!

not only is she beautiful but she has an incredible personality full of witty humor, bubbly laughs and a cool as a cucumber attitude. i am loving all of the whimsy features we incorporated into her session. that dress went perfectly with the golden sun flare and the abundance of pink and green hues.

another wonderful trait of hers is her trust....she trusts with all of her heart and doesn't ask questions. i had a few ideas in mind that i have never tried before and she was totally game for them! i wanted to play around with shadows and harsh bits of light. i am glad i followed my heart because those piano shots are GORGEOUS...i think they are my favorite shots of hers. it created the perfect drama to go with that amazing vera wang gown. 

darian and brooks were married on may 3, 2014 and it was a beautiful ceremony full of emotion. i wish them all of the happiness in the world as they embark on marriage together. cheers!
